You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive administrative support. You have a proven track record of working both autonomously and collaborating with leadership teams, along with experience in designing and actioning internal and external communications. Exposure to the mining, construction, and/or engineering industries is highly desirable. Your technical and behavioural skills are exceptional, including superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling confident interaction with people at all levels of an organisation. You possess a high level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex and sensitive work situations with the necessary skills and diplomacy to produce effective outcomes. A high level of initiative, actively seeking opportunities and solutions, and self-motivation with the ability to work with mínimal supervision are your strengths.
