As the Executive Support Officer, you have a customer-centric approach to your work and are committed to providing excellent service to your executive.

**Here are some of the activities you can expect to be doing**:

- Co-ordinating the day-to-day business of the EDs office by completing the following:

- meeting preparation and diary management for the ED
- travel arrangements for the ED (local, interstate, overseas)
- document management and record keeping for the office of the ED.
- support Agile delivery practices within the branch.
- Establish, coordinate, investigate and evaluate urgent requests requiring branch involvement of the Directorate by assigning tasks to appropriate areas and managing them to completion in consultation with the Executive Director and Senior Advisor.
- Liaising, consulting and maintaining effective relationships with team members, internal/external clients and stakeholders by carefully analysing enquiries or requests and providing accurate and timely outcomes.

With extensive experience in Executive Support, you have a passion for providing professional and confidential services to C level roles. You're driven, committed and passionate about what you do. You're authentic and enjoy administration and coordination activities that ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Office of the Executive Director (Technology).

**What success looks like**:
Assist, and where required lead the coordination, administration and organisation of the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Executive Director (Technology). This includes but is not limited to record keeping, diary planning, following up on meetings, making travel arrangements, consultation with internal and external stakeholders while complying with public sector legislation, polices and practices.
