South City Panels, South Geelong is a spacious workshop, specialising in small, medium and large repairs. Our solid team of 17 work together in our modern, well-equipped workshop - including 2 spray booths with extractors and Car-O-Liner 3D measuring system. There is plenty of off-street parking and flexible work hours available.

**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at South City Panels, South Geelong.

Permanent, full-time position. Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
