**About us**
Our staff are made up of mountain riders, comedians, skiers, surfers, video game superstars, movie buffs, Musicians, Single people, married people, cat people and dog people and moreyou will find that all people at Gateways all have the one thing that in common and that is the passion to support people with a disability to encourage, empower and maximise their quality of life.
We currently provide services throughout the Geelong region, Western Melbourne, Warrnambool, and Southwest Victoria.
**Snapshot of your role**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer working
**Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 9.30am to 3pm for a first period of 3 months.**
As the first contact of our client, you deliver a positive and warm experience in welcoming them during their visit to our facilities. Our clients are children, teenagers, and adults who Gateways provide support within their daily lives.
Your role consists of welcoming visitors, making sure processes are followed and connect with the right team of our department to be informed their visitors arrived. Confident with phone calls management, you will be able to carry ad hoc administrative tasks.
You show a great literacy in the office suite, have professional manners and demonstrate attention to details.
