We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer and Service Support Officer to work within our Business Performance Unit on a 6 month fixed term contract. This position is a hybrid role (50% can be from home and 50% from the office) and can be based from our Geelong or Glenroy office.

Although not limited to, the main components of the role are to:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the services provided by Scope and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Support new and existing customers and other stakeholders to determine what services Scope can provide, within service availability and potential funding constraints
- Develop, maintain, and update service agreements for customers. Ensuring agreements are financially sustainable and meet the customer’s needs and their expectations
- Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve any service agreement related issues
- Assist the business lines to accurately schedule jobs within the service delivery system

**About You**

Do you have:

- Experience in administration and/or customer service roles, within Disability, Health or Community Services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective active listening skills and proven abilities to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong computer literacy skills, including computer-based contract management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships and work within a team environment
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (desirable)
