About the role:

- Advising customers on usage, delivery, and installation.
- Establishing accounts and managing customer enquiries.
- Processing orders and payments, Manage debtors.
- Liaising with suppliers, including managing schedule changes, invoices, stock management
- General administrative duties, including filing, record keeping, banking and data entry. Desired skills for this role include:

- Experience within administration and/or customer service.
- The ability to build relationships with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
- Computer and keyboard proficient.

The position is casual ongoing and generally will be 5 day working week and around 38 hours per week.

This role would be well suited to someone with previous customer service or administrative experience and exposure to a warehouse or industrial setting, looking for a great opportunity within the Geelong region.
