Soldani Bros offers a welcoming, easy-going team environment and modern facilities: including two spray booths, Car-O-Liner 3D measuring system and Pro Spot i5 Smart Spot Welder.

The supportive and welcoming team of 18 complete high-quality work on small to medium repairs and provide friendly customer service.

The site is easy to reach — just off the bottom of Thompson Rd, close to North Geelong train station and bus routes with regular monthly lunches for our staff

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Soldani Bros, North Geelong

Do you have a passion for delivering quality customer service? Our Customer Service Officer's support our site workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base.

If you enjoy a varied role, where no two days are the same, then this may be for you

Permanent position. Monday to Friday.

Role responsibilities
  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
