Currently seeking a Duty Manager to join the team at Arbory Afloat. You will be an experienced and committed Hospo professional that wants to align themselves with a professional and well-respected brand.

HQ Group is a design-led hospitality collective that creates unique and inspiring guest experiences in re-imagined spaces. HQ Group owners and operators of Melbourne’s much-loved Arbory Bar & Eatery and Arbory Afloat and their five-story landmark hospitality venue HER, all located in Melbourne’s CBD.

As the Duty Manager, you will lead the front of house operations to ensure our staff and customers have the ultimate Arbory Afloat experience.

What we are looking for:

- A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both our guests and staff
- Proven management experience: shift management, venue operations, POS, minimum 2 years
- Excellent communication and organisation skills; give feedback, mentor, and nurture our staff
- Excellent food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
