As a duty manager at Ezistreat, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our venue, including staffing, event management, and customer service. You'll work closely with our management to ensure compliance with company standards and policies and develop and maintain positive relationships with our local community and business partners.

Open Pantry Consulting is proud to be working with EziStreat to recruit for this position.
- $60K base salary (pro rata for full-time) Based on this the applicable base salary would be $38-40K for this part-time role.
- Part-time (25 hours a week to start, an opportunity to increase as the group grows)
- Incentives and bonus structure in place

Are you a foodie and a leader in disguise? EziStreat is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team and bring their experience and passion for customer service to our brand.

As a duty manager at Ezistreat, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our venue, including staffing, event management, and customer service. You'll work closely with our management to ensure compliance with company standards and policies and develop and maintain positive relationships with our local community and business partners.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Have a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity and look to take the next step in their hospitality career.
- Have a passion for cocktails and be driven to help create seasonal lists.
- Have exceptional people management skills that are professional and approachable.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
