**Medical Receptionist - MyClinic Melbourne (VIC 3000)**

**About Us**:
MyClinic Melbourne is a busy and growing private medical practice dedicated to providing quality healthcare to our local community. We are seeking an experienced **Medical Receptionist** to join our friendly and supportive team.

**About the Role**:
As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. We are looking for someone professional, reliable, and experienced in general practice reception.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointments and patient records using Best Practice (BP) software
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
- Billing (including Medicare and private)
- Supporting doctors and nurses with admin tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a medical receptionist in a GP clinic or medical centre.
- Proficient in **Best Practice (BP)** medical software (Ideal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional and caring attitude
