Melbourne, Australia La Trobe St Medical Full time

La Trobe St Medical is a GP clinic located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are currently looking for new medical receptionists to join our team on a casual basis to start immediately. Multiple positions are available part time hours may become a possibility in the future.

The role consists of greeting patients, making bookings, answering phones and administrative tasks. You will be working closely with the Practice Nurse as well as two practicing doctors.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is driven, reliable, empathetic and independent. We have many patients who are dealing with drug dependency and mental health issues, so sensitivity and discretion is a must. Our clinic can also be extremely fast paced, which means that we need someone who is able to multitask efficiently and cope under high pressure.

Initial single shift per week with a possibility of increased hours.
