We are seeking an experienced Lead Coordinator who will manage our before & after school care service in the Brisbane Metro South Region.
If you are passionate about enriching the lives of children while developing within a growing industry, our business will support and guide you to achieve a rewarding career in childcare management.
The focus of this role is to deliver best in market Outside School Hours Care, promoting service excellence while supporting growth and maximising value. This will be achieved by supporting and mentoring a high performing, skilled and engaged team of Educators and an in-ratio Coordinator and Assistant and Assistant Coordinator and driving service initiatives, in which children are safe, engaged and well supervised.

About you

Commitment to our company values and philosophy
Diploma/ Bachelor within a suitable field of study; Education, Childcare, Youth, Sport, Allied Health or similar
Leadership skills and experience
Valid WWCC and COVID Vaccination Certificate
Availability over split shifts/ Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
The ability to pass a National Police Check
