Your New Role
As a Director Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality executive and administrative support to the Director and wider department. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy health service.

• Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support, including diary management, correspondence preparation, and meeting coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professional service delivery.
• Assist with recruitment processes and maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and databases.
• Work independently to manage priorities while supporting the Director and department to achieve organisational objectives.

• Proven experience in providing executive or high-level administrative support, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn internal systems quickly.
