About your role

As the Human Resources Support Officer, you'll provide professional administrative and client-focused support to the HR team. Your organisational and communication skills will help ensure efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver timely and accurate HR administrative support across the team.
  • Manage records, correspondence, and communication with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR activities, reports, and documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with staff and stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency within the department.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet priorities and deadlines.
