WHS Administrator working in Southside Brisbane for a leading food manufacturing brand
**Your new company**
This organisation is a highly renowned consumer brand and has operations across Australia. They have a fun, purposeful and people-focused culture and operate in the manufacturing and distribution industry.
**Your new role**
As a WHS Admin, you will support the National Safety Operations Manager to implement the WHS systems and safety leadership of the Brisbane site. This will include:
- Ensuring compliance with their safety system, and support and driving any audit compliance outcomes
- Complete risk assessments and update risk assessments and SOPs in their system
- Be a key user of all WHS systems, policies and processes
- Create and maintain records for safety training, checks, tool box talks and meetings
- Promote safety culture and awareness
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to use different systems and databases with very high attention to detail and accuracy. Your passion for WHS will be ideally supported with formal WHS qualifications and related work experience, and it would be highly beneficial if you have worked within manufacturing or the food distribution industry. You will be a strong communicator and enjoy working as a valued support to a busy team.
