**You will be responsible for**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for any facilities management (maintenance) issues within the parliamentary precinct and electorate offices using the Qld Parliament Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - ServiceNow
- Coordinating attendance by Contractors and assisting with the practical organisation of day to day operations for preventative maintenance and reactive tasks
- Following up with the client upon completion of task to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Undertaking various support, service and administrative tasks as required
- Conducting audits of ServiceNow to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reviewing ServiceNow data to meet monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
- Ensuring that work costs are completed within the approved cost limits
- Liaising with contractors and Property Services staff for clarification of technical issues pertaining to the diagnosis of faults and the responsibility for their rectification
- Reporting hazards, unsafe work practices, near misses and incidents immediately to WHS & Soft Services Supervisor
- Managing the calls and delivery of services in accordance with the applicable processes, stipulated timeframes and Property Services objectives

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Administrator or similar role in a facilities management environment
- Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow or similar CMMS software
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs
