**What You’ll Do**:
As an ICT Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in managing client accounts, incoming sales enquiries, maintaining communication with prospects, and ensuring the smooth transition of qualified leads to closed deals. You'll also assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals—giving our sales team the tools they need to close deals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Responding promptly to all incoming sales enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Coordinating follow-up activities to keep prospects engaged.
- Gathering and organizing essential information to facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads to closed deals.
- Prepare sales material and reports and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Providing regular feedback and reporting on lead status and metrics.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, with experience in cloud computing environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
