**ICT Account Manager**

Shield Solutions Pty Ltd is establishing a new division in the sourcing and remarketing of ICT equipment. There is strong demand for end of use ICT equipment in Australia and New Zealand for redeployment both to local and international l customers.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Account Manager with at least 2 years’ experience to manage and develop our new business in the sourcing and remarketing of ICT equipment, customer base and to perform associated administrative and operational functions. This is a broad and varied role requiring the coordination of a range of tasks including:

- Manage and develop customers for sourcing of product
- Manage and develop customer database both local and international sales of ICT product
- Product identification including identification of model variations and condition of equipment in the ICT sector
- Sorting and processing of product for redeployment including removal of parts for reuse to minimise freight and export costs and to ensure compliance with all relevant Australian local, national and international law and convention
- access compatibility of product for reuse in existing ICT systems globally and detailed knowledge of demand for ICT product locally and internationally
- Product identification, condition, reporting and fault identification to assess value of in situ product
- Correct decommissioning procedures to preserve value and condition
- Detailed knowledge around restrictions and bans on export of sensitive technical equipment that would be in breach of international law and convention if exported or deployed into nominated jurisdictions
- Development of international marketplace for redeployed assets in the ICT sector
- Processing and data sanitisation of ICT product to comply with customers ‘and legal requirements of data sanitisation
- Managing all related administrative functions, requests and enquiries;
- Managing and updating all business-related documentation;
- Liaising with and supporting sourcing and sales of equipment and their testing ;
- Preparing documents, policies and procedures for internal and external use;
- Leading ad hoc projects as required;
- Other administrative tasks such as creation and collation of marketing documents.

- It is mandatory you have exposure and experience in the Sourcing and remarketing of ICT equipment in Australia and sales to international customers
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication and administrative skills.
- You enjoy being the ‘go-to’ person of the business and you have a strong sense of teamwork, cooperation and flexibility.
- You can work independently without direct supervision.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time, with the ability to adapt when required.

- You are resilient, accountable, resourceful, adaptable and able to work with ambiguity.
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
