We, ACA Pacific Pty Ltd, are a growing business based in Port Melbourne. We are looking for an ICT Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

As our ICT Sales Representative, you are responsible to develop and convert sales opportunities into sales of our computer hardware, software and ICT services. Your main duties include:

  • Develop and manage a list of B2B clients for IT and ICT products.
  • Identify target businesses using CRM, market research, and vendor data.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the company products and services.
  • Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and technology developments.
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand business needs and explore sales opportunities.
  • Visit or contact existing and potential customers to present solutions, assess business needs, and deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Collect technical needs from clients and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients in understanding features, compatibility, and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Promote integrated ICT solutions, including networking equipment, security tools, cloud services, and software platforms.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns to generate interest.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and discounts with clients.
  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and provision of services.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction, address modifications required and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Liaise with support or technical teams for product modifications or warranty claims.
  • Keep detailed records of sales, client contact, and expenses.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT and ICT products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hold a bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
