**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The main function of your role as inside sales representative will be to respond to any sales enquiries and generate new business leads to convert to ongoing customers.
**Other tasks**:
- **Send** offers to potential buyers.
- **Conduct** market and product research as required.
- **Generate** new customers through cold calling and other lead-generation methods.
- **Develop** and maintain a CRM with up-to-date customer information.
- **Gather** and assess customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
- **Send** material samples to customers and prospects.
- **Grow** customer relationships through site visits and assessments.
- **Support** the Australian managing director with additional ad hoc tasks.
