Due to growth, they are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their high-energy and vibrant sales team in Melbourne. With a genuine ability to engrave your mark on the organisation, it poses a great opportunity to accelerate your progress in the SaaS sales world.
**(This is a great role for a fresh graduate or anyone who is wanting to break into tech sales)**
**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Build relationships with prospective clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Working alongside the wider Australian sales team to increase awareness of their platform.
- Manage the sales pipeline from start to finish; introductory calls, product demonstrations, closure of deals.
- Market analysis and competitive advantage awareness
**Experience needed**:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment - telesales, customer service, real estate, hospitality, car sales, retail etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced an high energy environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a focus on individual and team targets
- Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn systems and software
**Salary package**:
$70,000 Base + Super + $20 000 in commissions + Learning and Development allowance + Gym Membership.
