**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative **(Location - Australia)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day operations deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Reps responsible for building new sales pipeline to accelerate revenue growth
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route larger qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Work closely with field sales, sales leadership, and marketing to establish inside sales alignment and support to deliver company success
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online discovery demos to prospects
**How someone is fit for the role**:
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
