**The Company**

One of Sydney’s leading and most established home builders has a new vacancy available for a Construction Supervisor to manage projects in the North Shore and Hills area. The company has been in business for over 20 years and has won numerous awards for the quality of their projects.

**About The Role**

The construction supervisor will be required to manage the construction of quality homes for clients while maintaining site and construction integrity. Sites must always maintain a high WHS level, and excellent customer service and communication to clients must be provided.

**Duties**
- Manage day to day construction activities
- Adhering to Australian building standards at all times
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
- Provide regular communication to clients on job progress and advising them on scheduled works
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities
- Report regularly to Area
- Maintain job site integrity regularly including site cleanliness and ensuring all trades and subcontractors have relevant site induction/WHS Paperwork
- Complete inspections on all jobs

**Skills & Experience**
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current White Card
- Trade Qualified - Bricklaying or Carpentry required as a minimum
- Bachelor of Building and Construction or Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Completed or Commencing)
- Experience in residential construction
- Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong customer focus to ensure the best customer experience
