We are seeking a motivated and people-focused
Customer Service Manager
to lead our Pre-Construction Customer Service team. Clarendon Homes is part of the Campbell Property Group, a well-established Australian-owned residential builder, renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.

About The Role
At Clarendon Homes, we're passionate about building quality homes and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our Customer Service Manager, you'll lead a high-performing Pre-Construction Customer Service team and ensure our customers receive proactive, consistent, and professional support during the early stages of their building journey. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting workflow progression, and ensuring excellence across every pre-construction touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day could look like:

  • Lead and inspire the Pre-Construction Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional, proactive experience for every client.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring concerns are addressed quickly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements in communication and workflow, enabling files to progress smoothly through the pre-construction phase.
  • Build strong partnerships with Drafting, Estimating, and Permits teams to remove roadblocks and keep projects on track.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance metrics, identifying opportunities to lift results across the business.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years' experience in residential construction or customer service leadership.
  • Proven success managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-construction processes and customer touchpoints.
  • Experience with service recovery, escalations, and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Familiarity with HIA contracts, variations, DA/CDC processes, and CRM/project platforms (e.g. ClickHome).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and commercially minded approach.
