Our client specialises in providing a variety of outdoor management services to a diverse group of facilities, including commercial and industrial properties.

They are seeking to appoint an Operations Supervisor to join their experienced team of professionals and ensure the successful delivery of landscape maintenance projects.

**The Role**

Working closely with the Director of Operations, you will oversee our teams of maintenance professionals to enable them to deliver high-quality services. Your scope will include scheduling, directing, organising, monitoring and supervising staff members undertaking landscape maintenance tasks.

**The Person We Are Looking for Has**
- Experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance
- A Certificate, or Diploma in Horticulture or an associated field and a construction white card
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple projects and work requirements, including staff and resources
- Excellent knowledge and standards of WHS and operates with a safety-first mindset
- A high degree of self-motivation and initiative to complete tasks on time and to a quality standard
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent attention to detail - no detail is too small
