**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Warranty Manager you will be responsible for the assessment, completion and quality of warranty works within the Sydney Metro region.

This will involve you conducting the inspection and completing the warranty works required within time and budget to ensure a desired outcome for customers. This may involve you using your broad range of skills and experience such as:

- gyprock repairs & setting
- painting
- small tiling
- carpentry
- door and lock repairs and maintenance
- rubbish removal
- maintenance experience.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful you will have a trade background within the building industry, relevant qualifications and experience in delivering high-level customer service.

You have a strong attention to detail, pride in your workman ship, excellent time management and organisational skills combined with a flexible and reliable approach.

Equally important will be your sound understanding of the residential building process, and your strong communication skills and a passion for a positive customer experience.
