**_ABOUT THE JOB_**
We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to fill a full-time role at Elcom Homes. This is an opportunity for someone that is friendly, organised and reliable to come on board and join our family with the potential to grow within the company.
Some of your key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Taking and redirecting phone calls accordingly
- Greeting all clients and guests that come into the office
- All client and guest experiences in house including making coffee, tea etc.
- Managing our social media and creating content
- Managing our website
- Following up with clients when required
- Following up with contractors when required
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
**_ABOUT YOU_**
- Previous admin/assistant experience is preferable
- Clear and direct communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Great work ethic
- Highly organised
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Has common sense
