About the role:
Casual Rate: $30 plus super

In this varied and fast-paced role, your primary responsibility is to assist the People and Capabilities Business Partner with the administration and coordination of training requirements.

In addition, you will schedule training sessions and maintain the permit database whilst ensuring compliance with training requirements for the RTO.

Key duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure compliance of all training requirements for the RTO
Scheduling of training sessions
Maintenance of the permit database
Sending reminders as necessary

Skills and experience:
Strong organisational skills
Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
Good written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
Positive attitude with an excellent level of service delivery
Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to pick up other databases/systems is also required
Flexible attitude with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Able to pass an Australian Federal Police Check and obtain clearance from the DoJ
Reliable access to own transport is prefarrable
