**Accounts Administrator**

TRS Resourcing has been tasked with finding a suitably qualified Accounts Administrators for our Willetton based client.

**The Job**

To carry out the accounting and administration functions, to ensure compliance with all relevant company accounting policies, integrity of financial data entry and appropriate administration support for the sales and operational side of the business.

**The Duties**
- Accounts Payable processing with multiple weekly payment runs
- Accounts Receivable processing including some Collection calls
- Payroll - process all timesheets in a timely manner and maintain accuracy of all payroll reports.
- Maintain all accounts related and HR filling systems.
- Reconcile all bank statements at least once a week if not daily.
- Ensure all reports are updated at agreed intervals, i.e., weekly or monthly.
- Continually review systems and implement any improvement processes that will reduce time and costs.
- Provide back-up support to the administrative team
