Due to continued business growth we have an opportunity for an experienced** Learning Coordinator **to join our team based in **Qantas Drive, Brisbane Airport**.

**About the role**

The primary purpose of this role is to support our RPQ business operations to effectively utilise Traineeship and Apprenticeship opportunities and our internal training and compliance. Key areas of responsibilities in this position include;
- All things training - record management, reporting, maintain existing Training Needs Analysis, compliance.
- Coordinate enrolment into external training programs
- Apprenticeship / traineeship management - supporting our apprentices, trainees and businesses and external stakeholders with the end to end process
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**What you’ll bring**

You will have 2 or more years of experience within a similar role, ideally within the Heavy industrial, Engineering, Construction or Civil sectors paired with;
- Strong understanding of the traineeship and apprenticeship process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume organisation
- Knowledge of the Australian training framework
- Experience with the creation and upkeep of training record management and reporting
- Ability to support employees and the business with enrolments to various internal and external training
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
