As a Family Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Edge Early Learning, guiding families through their enrolment journey and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to enrolment. Working closely with a dedicated team of professionals, you’ll support our centres in achieving their occupancy targets, helping to shape the future of early learning for countless children. Your role will include:

- Managing and supporting a portfolio of centres to achieve enrolment goals.
- Engaging with families through positive and dynamic communication, both online and via phone.
- Converting enquiries into enrolments efficiently and maintaining accurate records in CRM and our booking platform.
- Collaborating with Centre Directors to fill vacancies in local centres and providing tailored Child Care Subsidy quotes.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving best-practices in family engagement.
- Supporting family events at local centres to drive new enquiries and enrolments.
- Supporting Edge’s newly opened centres in building their enrolments.

**What you will bring**:

- Intermediate computer skills, including CRM, Kidsoft, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in the Early Learning Sector or tele-sales is beneficial but not essential.
- A valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and driver’s license.
