Role Description

This is a part time or full-time on-site role for a Learn to Swim Coordinator, located in East Brisbane, QLD. The Learn to Swim Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the swim school (overseeing weekends), managing swim instructors, overseeing and maintaining the swim program, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. The Coordinator will also handle administrative tasks related to the swim school program, including scheduling, bookings, deck supervising and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in swim instruction and program coordination
  • Skills in leadership, team management, and training
  • Ability to develop and implement swim programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and Pool Lifeguard certifications
  • Passion for promoting aquatic safety and skill development
  • Relevant qualifications in Sports Management or a related field are advantageous
