Reporting to our Family Care Manager, we're looking for an Enrolments Coordinator who purely enjoys data entry to assist in onboarding our families
You will be joining a team that truly cares about each other and the work they do to support our Centres and the children that attend every day.
**This is predominantly a Data Entry role, that consists of**:

- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant onboarding documentation for families
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Setting up Direct Debits details
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data

**It may also include**:

- Providing general support across the team in answering queries and calls
- Assisting with ad-hoc Operations projects and initiatives
- Adhoc administration as it arises.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**You will**:

- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a high degree of data accuracy and speed
- Be compliance focused
- Be goal and outcomes focused

**In addition, you might have, but not essential**:

- Experience with a CRM tool
- Experience with CCS Systems (Preferably QikKids)
- A State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card or Safety Screening
- A valid Police check (within the past 6 months).
