HR Coordinator | Rydalmere with 2 days WFH | 12 Month FTC | up to $80k + super

A global and well established company with a 200-year history. They provide high quality service and technology-enabled solutions for businesses and homes.
Based in Rydalmere in their Head Office with free on-site parking and 2 days working from home. They are also flexible on start and finish times.
**Your new role**
We are looking for HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. There is potential for contract to extend or role to turn into a permanent role.
As the HR Coordinator, you will be working a lot of the time on the HR Systems part of the role, so you need to enjoy data entry, talking to managers/employees, working with others in HR team - Experience with Workday is highly regarded.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have minimum 1-2 years local Australian HR experience and a good understanding of Australian employment law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
- Confident and professional, with good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be Proficient in Outlook and Excel and have experience with HRIS Systems (Workday preferred)
- Must be a team player
- Must have a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Must be able to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and a National Police Check
