Full-time HR and L&D role for a NFP. Inner-West location with a salary of $83k + super + salary packaging

**Your new company**

A NFP organisation providing quality residential aged care in Sydney (Inner-West). The role will be based full-time in office, with potential work flexibility after completing the 6-month probation period. Great small team culture, friendly environment, and training and support provided.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate set up and monitoring of learning events within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain a register of all training and training documentation
- Assist with the development of learning plans for colleagues at various levels of experience appropriate to their profession
- Oversee and manage a training schedule and learning objectives
- Supporting the administrative component of student compliance
- Additional tasks as required by the leadership team

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level prioritisation, organisational and time management skills which results in the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to influence others, build rapport and make positive change
- Ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast changing environment
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of training skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills and use of software programs to develop and deliver education
- Understanding of Work, Health & Safety and safe work practices
- Double vaccinated, and booster shot received against COVID-19
