A super exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join their dynamic People & Culture team.

**About the Role**
As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR administration, in order to support the development and execution of the Global HR Strategy.

This position is a unique opportunity to boost your Generalist HR career in an established and successful team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of HR specialist areas, and you will have the chance to be part of some exciting projects that are on the horizon.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the employee lifecycle from beginning to end: coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training & development activities, performance management processes, engagement and offboarding
- Acting as first point of contact for HR queries: providing support or escalating as required
- Ensuring records and HR systems are updated regularly and accurately

**This role is full time with a flexible hybrid working approach. Your primary place of work will be their head office based in Sydney's South East with adequate parking nearby.**

**The Ideal HR Coordinator**
- Has previous experience in an administrative HR role and is looking for the next step in their career
- Works collaboratively and is invested in their own development
- Has strong time management and organisational skills
- Displays excellent communication and is a creative and enthusiastic team contributor
- Has good computer skills in MS Word and Excel
