I am currently seeking an experienced HR professional for a permanent role in Sydney CBD. My client is within a Transport and Logistics sector and located close to Wynyard station.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated HR Administrator/Coordinator to step up into a hands-on generalist role where you will gain exposure across all aspects of HR and Recruitment.

You will be a confident self-starter, use your initiative and be able to multi-task effectively. Holding the appropriate tertiary qualification, you will have strong understanding and interpretation of legislation coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in working within the Transport and Logistics sector would be highly advantageous.

**Day to day duties**
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintaining employee records and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Assisting staff with employment-related matters
- Scheduling interviews
- General recruitment coordination
- Posting adverts across multiple software and systems
- Coordinate onboarding
- Assist with onboarding and internal recruitment
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
- Stakeholder management
- Completing pre-employment checks
- Compile people data and reports
- Performance management processes
- Work Health and Safety
- HR Project coordination
- Collaborate effectively with the wider HR and Executive teams as required

**About you**
- 2-4 years HR Administration/Coordination experience
- Preferably previous experience working within a Transport and Logistics environment.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administrator with a high level of quality and follow through high attention to detail with fast turnaround every time.
