**_This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a specialist Family Law firm in Sydney's CBD._**

**The Opportunity**

This opportunity could offer you, as an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Executive Assistant, the chance to move into family law at one of Sydney's most prestigious specialist practices.

You'll work with a highly respected family lawyer and help them to manage a busy case-load of family law matters, often for high-net-worth individuals.

It's a varied role, in a fast-moving area of law. The right person will be well-utilised, yet supported by legal secretarial peers and a forward-thinking management team; so it will be easy to quickly feel like you're an integral part of this inclusive team.

This approachable lawyer is happy for the right person to get involved in their matters.

This Sydney law firm has an excellent reputation, both for staff retention and reward and also, for the very high quality of its legal work.

The firm is based in beautiful offices in the heart of the CBD and has a staff of around 25 people.

The firm's culture is collegiate and inclusive, the Partners and management team are approachable and the firm holds regular social events.

This position is available through relocation.

**About you**

To be considered for this opportunity discretion is a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced area of litigation.

You will also offer:

- **_at least three years, recent experience as a Legal Secretary - exposure to family law and/or litigation would be ideal._**:

- strong legal secretarial skills including fast, accurate typing and advanced Word skills.
- exceptional administrative and organisational skills, with experience managing busy diaries and working with multiple stakeholders.
- a commitment to a permanent full-time role in legal secretarial support.
