**Assistant**
**Strata Manager** to join our
**BCS Branch**
**in the**
**Melbourne CBD. **This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. Supported by a customer care team and centres of expertise, we work as one team to deliver value to our customers. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Support assigned Strata Managers in the service delivery of PICA’s Owners Corporation Management Agreements with assisting in AGM preparation including preparation of minutes and agendas, assisting committees with repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance enquiries.
- Maintain documents and records related to the community within a document management system.
- In this role you may attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager, as part of professional and personal development.

**About you**:
As someone experienced in all things admin, you know how to use the basic software like Outlook, Word and Excel. You might also have some experience with CRM and document management systems, or you know how to learn these systems quickly.

You are happy to engage with customers knowing that “relationships matter”. You are a go getter, know how to problem solved and thrive in an environment where you can be the “solution you seek”.

You are a team player, who encourages collaboration and demonstrates being “in it together”
