- Prepare and facilitate AGM and Committee meetings
- Handle queries and ensure properties are well maintained
- Forecast budgets, prepare financial statements
- Ensure your portfolio remains compliant according to strata legislation and regulations

This role would be ideal for Junior OC Manager, an OC Assistant looking to take the next step in their career, a Property Manager looking to make the move into strata.
