**Description**:
We have an exciting permanent opportunity available for a newly created position, National Strata Manager to join our collaborative and fast-paced National Asset Team. We are not only seeking someone who naturally aligns with our culture but is also connected to contributing to improved outcomes for our clients.
The National Strata Manager will manage the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the national strata management framework which includes management and coordination of HCA’s interests within owners’ corporations, strategic management of strata management companies, data, risk and financial management.
We seek an organised individual who is an excellent communicator and has strong leadership skills with a background in Asset Management. To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you have the capacity to engage with a wide cross section of individuals and an ability to prioritise workloads.
You will possess extensive experience in the management of facilities, including, compliance with all contractual and legislative obligations. Sound knowledge and experience of corporate asset project management including scoping, planning and delivery of new facility requirements and project delivery are also critical to the success of the role.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
- Proven experience and successful track record in a comparable role or discipline(s) within the public/community, private housing sector or transferable sector
- Experience in the development and implementation of asset management functions and framework including change management
- Research and analysis experience including project feasibilities, strategic assessment management planning, contract development, systems development, and business improvement.
- Proven experience with developing and ongoing management of a National Strata Management framework including governance, policy, strategy, procedures, templates, specifications, and guidelines, aligned with best practices, for a whole of business approach.
- Experience managing data management systems including financial management and risk awareness
- Experience developing and issuing strata correspondence/communication
- Knowledge and proven track record with project reporting, including analysis and controls
- Proven track record with development and implementation of restructured asset management functions including change management across the business
- Experience with report writing including scoping, planning and delivery of new facility requirements
- Provide management and compliance reporting for all projects and programs as required
- Exposure to the development and ongoing management of frameworks within Asset Management
- Experience managing ongoing maintenance for national strata projects
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships across our organisation
- Comply with all organisational policies and procedures, legislation and agreements, including gender equality and respect and occupational health and safety
- Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures relevant to the role
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and high work volumes without affecting quality of service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
- Sound knowledge of OHS as it applies to the construction/maintenance industry
