Melcorp Strata is inviting expressions of interest from experienced and proactive Owners Corporation Managers who are passionate about building harmonious communities and delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our vibrant Melbourne CBD office — perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, committees, and a collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of Owners Corporations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor engagement for common property.
  • Prepare and present annual budgets, financial statements, and levy notices.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and liaise with committees.
  • Respond to owner and resident enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure compliance with the Owners Corporations Act and relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Owners Corporation or strata management.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act and related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and property-related issues.
  • Proficiency in strata management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related fields are desirable.
