OWNERS CORPORATION MANAGER

Who we're looking for 

Are you an Owners Corporation Manager who excels under pressure and delivers results that set you apart? Strata Minders is looking for a proactive individual to join our team as we strive to become the leading Owners Corporation Management company in Victoria.

What is involved

You will be responsible for a select portfolio of medium-scale Owners Corporations. Your primary focus will be on building and strengthening relationships with committees and driving tangible outcomes for your clients.

Following an initial period of company orientation the successful applicant will:

  • Maintain a property portfolio, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing's strata.
  • Oversee preparation of budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.
  • Prepare for, attend and participate in Annual General Meetings and provide advice as required.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements.
  • Maintain governance of the Owners Corporation in line with the Owners Corporation Act.
  • Utilise systems and databases to create and/or manage documentation.

Hours:

  • 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday.
  • Note. Work From Home option to be discussed at interview

About you

  • Have at least minimum 2 years owners corporation management experience.
  • Possess good written and verbal skills.
  • Have positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Have good focus on detail and desire to follow through on tasks until fully achieved.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict when needed.
  • An practical understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and Regulations.
  • Ability to make effective use of Word, Excel, Google Drive and other document management systems.
