**Job Title: Assistant Property Manager**
**Location**: Melbourne CBD
**Employment Type**: Full-time (no weekends)

We are a small, growing office located near the Melbourne CBD, within walking distance of the free tram zone and Queen Victoria Market. We manage apartment buildings and a portfolio of rental properties across Melbourne.

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to assist in the the day-to-day operations of residential properties. This role involves tenant and owner communication, coordination of maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant property, strata, and tenancy legislation.

Salary of $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience (including superannuation, excluding commission), with annual increments based on job performance.

**The role**
- Communicate with and manage stakeholders
- Assist the Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate timely repairs.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant property, strata, and tenancy legislation.

**What you bring**:

- A current Agents Representative (Certificate IV)
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous, though non-essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
