**About the role**
The Account Executive - Strata Insurance Broker oversees relationship management and market activities for 2-3 large clients, supported by an administrative team handling all administrative tasks. Responsible for client relationships, negotiations, and policy renewals, the role focuses on ensuring compliance while achieving business objectives. Success hinges on effective communication, persuasive sales skills, and collaborative teamwork, offering a rewarding career path with growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses.

**Overview of this role**
- Develop and utilize effective communication techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or products, demonstrating knowledge of the sales process, particularly with large strata clients.
- Explore alternatives and present rational arguments to reach mutually beneficial outcomes, with a focus on problem-solving, especially in negotiations with large strata clients.
- Identify and develop new client relationships, exceeding expectations and ensuring enduring satisfaction through clear communication, with a focus on large strata clients.
- Work effectively within a team, respecting others' contributions and prioritising team objectives to reach organisational goals, including serving large strata clients.
- Inspire and guide individuals toward improved goal achievement, adapting behaviours as needed, particularly when working with large strata clients.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in tasks and information management, promptly addressing weaknesses or missing data, particularly in dealings with large strata clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards, staying informed about clients' industries and businesses, with a focus on large strata clients.
