We have a great opportunity join the Merchandise Food team as the Key Account Manager Delicatessen based in Macquarie Park.

This is a key role whose main purpose is to manage current Delicatessen National and Key accounts and generate new business opportunities within the accounts.

As well as developing relationships with current and potential National and key customers and set strategies for opportunities and growth.

What you’ll do

Develop trusting relationships with the Customer through planning and key information for regular customer meetings

Meet or exceed Sales, Gross profit and waste management targets

Develop strategies to achieve budgeted sales and gross profit targets

Benchmark “what good looks Like”

Plan and deliver Operational Execution within stores including strategies to turn-around underperforming stores

Deliver and present reporting and insights at a high level

Develop and support Product Ranges and Order Guides

Coach and up-skill the customers Delicatessen teams

Multiple multi-state/multi-site visits to the Key Account stores throughout the year

**What you'll bring**:
Customer centric focus

Coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to communicate across all levels

Previous Multisite account management in a Fresh Food or FMCG environment

Detailed understanding of independent retailing

Collaborative interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent analytical, numerical, and excel skills

Negotiating skills, robust attention to detail and organisation skills
