National Key Account Manager

The National Key Account Manager (NKAM) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail pharmacy groups across Australia. This role is pivotal in driving commercial outcomes, negotiating contracts, and executing strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute national account strategies for key retail pharmacy groups
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, trading terms, promotional programs, and supply agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Deliver on revenue, margin, and growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within retail pharmacy groups.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably within generics.
- Proven track record managing retail pharmacy key accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel nationally as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, or a related field preferred.
