About the Company
Our client is a leading FMCG company operating in the personal care space. They have many market leading brands and distribute their products across grocery, pharmacy, mass and, E -commerce channels. Due to growth, they are looking for a FMCG experienced candidate that wants to progress their career towards National Account management.
You could currently be an FMCG Account or Sales analyst, VRP or a graduate Territory Manager wanting to progress to account management.
About the Role
You will support the National Business Manager in everything to do with the key accounts such as Woolworths, Big W and Costco including;
- Field force communication of promotions and priorities
- Trade spend admin via
Promax
trade spend system. - Claims management and authorization.
- Support and analysis of IRI and Quantium data to recommend courses of action, review of competitor actions and support in the category review process.
- Report on ranging and grading to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Promotional analysis to ensure the right price points achieve the volume and profit targets. (eg base line sales and uplift at various price points)
- Assist in sales forecasting.
- Manage Partner Hub at Woolworths
- Work closely with Sales, category and marketing to ensure company and brand objectives are communicated effectively.
- Work with the NBM on key customer presentations and participate in them. (New line presentations, Category reviews, other)
- Importantly be developed to the next stage to advance your account management career.
About You
- You are currently working in a FMCG/Consumer goods organisation as a Sales or Category or Account analyst, VRP or Graduate Territory Manager and looking to advance your career to Account Management with some knowledge of the Woolworths account
- You may be working with a data agency looking to transition to the supplier side.
- You are most likely degree qualified and have working rights in Australia and want to develop your career with a highly reputable FMCG organization.
- You possess strong analytical skills, are effective communicator and possess strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
