This position is accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets in Critical Care across ANZ. You will be required to successfully lead the Account Management team and Clinical Application Specialists for the planning and execution of the marketing strategic plan and commercial sales plan.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Partner with Directors & ICU Nurse Unit Managers ICU to create clinical demand and enhance product awareness. This can be achieved through securing machine clinical trials among external customers
- Perform various sales activities in key accounts albeit independently or partnering with various internal stakeholders at various levels of the business
- Work closely with internal support teams - Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence Manager, and Manufacturing to achieve sales revenues monthly and plan to achieve given objectives
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly product inventory in partnership with Supply Chain and General Manager, ANZ
- Take a leadership role in handling enquiries, responding to tenders, and ensure Fresenius Medical Care complies to submissions according to given deadlines.
- Establish professional contact and good rapport with customers and key opinion leaders, clinical, procurement, and technical services.
- Work with Marketing and General Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Collaborate with General Manager and Marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion, sponsorship, and trade show expenses.
- Develop high awareness for competitive intelligence in market.
- Ensure upskilling and developmental support to account manager team including in-field coaching.

**Continuous Improvement / Consultation Service**
- Work closely with other business units and analyse system processes to increase efficiencies for the relevant users.
- Conduct internal process audits and recommendations for improvements alongside other line managers in line with Quality requirements.
- Support relevant departments and provide direction and advice on new processes that require implementation and act in an advisory capacity.
- Train and support relevant stakeholders on new requirements as needed.
- Participate in planning / review of sales and marketing ideas to assess operational impact and requirements, and work with relevant teams to identify operational solutions as required.

**System and Process Support**
- Identify solutions and provide teams with subsequent training
- Identify development needs and work with Teams and IT to prioritise and develop systems to improve performance and increase efficiencies.

**Training and Development**
- Train and upskill employees (based on areas identified by employee, manager or through ‘helpdesk’ activities)

**Project Management**
- Work with business to identify when project teams/working groups required for business change, growth, development

- Demonstrated experience in decision making role in operations or quality management

- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
