Position:

Mancala is currently going through a period of growth and on the lookout for an experienced and organised HR Advisor to assist with the day‐to‐day operation of the Human Resource function. This includes recruitment, ensuring site requirements are met, policy development, records management, and basic employee relations matters.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide General HR/Payroll advice to employees
  • Provide EA interpretation and advice to both management and employees

  • End to End Recruitment including:

  • Create job adverts by consulting with project managers

  • Check/filter Resumes received for advertised positions
  • Conduct phone screens and reference checks
  • Set up Interviews with successful candidates
  • Drafting offer of employment letters and contracts
  • Understand various site onboarding procedure and ensure employees are compliant
  • Book employee medicals
  • Assist with the Renewal of company Enterprise Agreement
  • Complete Visa application requirements for overseas employees in conjunction with our Migration Agent
  • Enter and maintain company data
  • Employee File management (HR & Safety)
  • Update reports for Board Meetings
  • Safety Matrix Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree Qualified (Human Resources, Business or similar)
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Recruitment Experience
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities work
  • Must be organised and keep to set deadlines
  • Proficient written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
